About CHEEV

CHEEV is the stage name of Belarusian-Ukrainian singer, songwriter, and composer Vladyslav Heorhiiovych Chyzhykov. He was born on December 31, 1993, in Bobruisk, Belarus. From childhood he was drawn to music, but following family tradition he entered the faculty of Slavic languages, studied Bulgarian language and literature, and for some time worked as a teacher in Minsk. At the same time he performed in bars and clubs, formed the band Radiokhvylia, and reached the final of the Belarusian Eurovision selection in 2018.

In Belarus, CHEEV became known after winning the Academy of Talents 2 project and receiving the Lira Award as Discovery of the Year (2017). In Ukraine he was noticed on X-Factor (2016) and The Voice of the Country (2019), where from the first seconds he turned the chairs of Monatik, Tina Karol, and Dan Balan. Since 2019 the artist has written songs in Ukrainian, and since 2021 he has lived in Kyiv — a city he calls home.

Since 2019 the artist has written songs in Ukrainian, and since 2021 he has lived in Kyiv — a city he calls home.

The breakthrough came with the hit Harno Tak: the track was released in 2021, but gained its biggest wave during the full-scale war — No. 1 on Apple Music Ukraine, millions of YouTube views, and viral success on TikTok and Instagram. Other hits include Mriieshsia, Puzzle, Oberihaty, Pechal, Where My Love Lives, No More Wings, Rana, and Quiet Rain. His albums are Drama, Noir, and Romcom.

CHEEV’s music is lyrical Ukrainian-language pop with elements of soul and indie: a powerful voice and honest lyrics about love, pain, and hope. He writes songs for other artists (Monatik, The Hardkiss, TAYANNA, Anna Trincher) and remains one of the most recognizable voices of a new generation on the Ukrainian scene — an artist who chose Ukraine and its language as his creative home.

General overview

Capricorn is the sign of long horizons, discipline, and earned success. These people rarely expect luck to arrive ready-made — they build it step by step with patience and strategy. In music culture, Capricorn respects craft, career arcs, and artists who proved themselves over time rather than through hype alone.

Their energy feels like a steady climb rather than a sudden spark. Capricorn values mastery, responsibility, and results that last. Behind a reserved exterior is often fierce ambition and a deep need to turn effort into something solid.

Character

Capricorn is serious, practical, and focused on outcomes. They prefer proven paths over risky experiments and rarely scatter their attention across too many fronts at once.

They can seem cool or distant at first, but close friends know how loyal and dependable they are. Capricorn protects what they build and takes promises seriously.

Strengths

Hard work, endurance, and strategic thinking are Capricorn hallmarks. They finish what others abandon when the excitement fades.

Capricorn stays calm in crisis and looks for solutions instead of drama. People trust them when stakes are high because they show up consistently.

Weaknesses

Pessimism, rigidity, and harsh self-criticism can weigh Capricorn down. They sometimes forget to celebrate progress because they are already focused on the next goal.

Emotional expression and asking for help do not come easily. Fear of failure can keep them from taking necessary risks, even when the reward is worth it.

Love and relationships

In love, Capricorn is cautious but deeply committed once they choose someone. They do not rush vows, but they mean them.

They want respect, shared goals, and a partnership that feels stable over time. Romance often shows up through reliability, practical care, and plans for the future.

Sex and intimacy

Capricorn opens sexually when trust is established. Comfort, loyalty, and mutual respect matter more than flashy performance.

They dislike shallow games and public posturing. Depth and devotion from a partner unlock their passion.

Family and marriage

Capricorn aims to build a strong family and provide stability for loved ones. They often become the anchor others lean on.

In marriage they are faithful but emotionally restrained. Partners thrive when they recognize Capricorn's practical love instead of expecting constant dramatic expression.

As parents

Capricorn parents are firm, fair, and focused on teaching responsibility. They want children to understand the value of effort and respect.

They can be overly strict or demanding at times. Kids also need warmth and play — not only structure — to feel fully supported.

Friendship

Capricorn keeps a small circle of trusted friends. They value loyalty and dislike empty promises.

They help with advice, connections, or concrete action, but expect reciprocity. Betrayal is hard for them to forgive.

Hobbies and interests

Capricorn enjoys hobbies with visible results: hiking, collecting, history, chess, investing, classical music, or skill-based crafts.

They often listen with intention — lyrics about perseverance, legacy, and ambition resonate. A great concert feels like a reward after hard work.

Career and profession

Capricorn excels in business, finance, management, law, politics, construction, IT, and any field where discipline and long-term planning matter.

They need a ladder to climb and respect for competence. Without growth prospects, motivation drops quickly.

Health

Capricorn should watch bones, joints, skin, and stress levels. Chronic overwork often shows up in the body before the mind admits exhaustion.

Regular rest, moderate exercise, and time without professional pressure help them avoid burnout.

Compatibility

Capricorn pairs well with Taurus and Virgo — fellow earth signs who understand practicality. Cancer and Pisces can offer emotional depth and stability.

Aries and Libra may require compromise between speed and structure. With mutual respect, those differences become strengths rather than friction.

The Capricorn man

The Capricorn man is reliable, ambitious, and reserved. He builds his life methodically and respects partners with dignity and purpose.

He needs someone who understands his goals without demanding constant emotional display. Loyalty and respect matter more than grand romantic gestures.

The Capricorn woman

The Capricorn woman is strong, independent, and goal-driven. She is not afraid of hard work and often reaches high positions through persistence.

In love she is serious and selective. She wants a partner who respects her ambition instead of competing with her success.

Famous people

Well-known Capricorns include Elvis Presley, David Bowie, Dolly Parton, Patti Smith, Elvis Costello, Mac Miller, Pitbull, Ricky Martin, John Legend, and LeBron James.

What brings luck

Capricorn finds luck when they act patiently and follow a plan. Black, brown, and mountain symbolism often help them feel grounded.

Saturday and numbers linked to 8 are considered favorable. New beginnings work best after preparation, not on impulse alone.

What they fear

Capricorn fears failure and losing status earned through effort. The thought that hard work was wasted cuts deeply.

Emotional vulnerability and depending on others can also unsettle them. Fear of showing weakness sometimes blocks them from asking for support.

What they dislike

Capricorn dislikes laziness, irresponsibility, and empty talk. People who want success without effort irritate them quickly.

Chaos and constantly shifting rules also drain them. Unpredictability without logic throws them off balance.

Food preferences

Capricorn favors hearty, traditional food: meat, potatoes, soups, and dishes that feel substantial and well made.

They are not usually extravagant eaters, but they appreciate a good dinner as a reward after a productive day.

Ideal vacation

Capricorn's ideal break is quality over chaos: mountains, historic cities, wine tours, or spa time with minimal fuss.

Comfort and value matter. Fully unstructured travel tires them quickly, though they still appreciate nature when the plan is solid.
